Urban Dolls in now Under new management. My main reason for picking Urban dolls was for the massage they provided with any pedi option. Unfortunately now it’s just a 6 sec rub and done. I also asked to please use the foil to take off my gel nail polish and the girl said she would only use the filing machine to take the top coat off. I said okay. Mom came to finish and she did not use foils!? The filing machine tool weakens my nail making them easy to break off. I will definitely be going elsewhere.

I’ve gotten my pedicure done here a few times now, however, today while the guy was removing my gel polish he cut me, pretty bad! I tend to not make a big deal about things so I just brushed it off thinking he had just nicked me but once I got home I realized how bad it really was. Beware, I will definitely not be coming back. Update: second picture is from the next day.

When I arrived for my appointment, no one came to help me. When they asked what I came for I said my dip powder nails appointment. They just looked at me and one lady who was doing someone's nails pointed at the wall of powders. Most places have the nail samples so you can see what color it will be but they had me choose a powder cup which doesn't show you what the end color will actually be. When the lady sat me down, she dipped some of my fingers at the same time and some fingers she dipped more than others, making them different thickness. By the end some of my nails were uneven and ridged around the edges. And some of my nails have some white powder mixed with the color, so they look messy and strange. Very disappointed with the result. Will not be going back.
