When you get it and get it right, the food is good enough. Some lapses in quality that aren't uncommon for fast food, but hardly much to write about. It's Wendy's and remains Wendy's. ...that said. I don't know how much is if it's the microphone/headsets being trash, or just the cash staff not being great with English, but order accuracy can be a roll of the dice (and then some). It's, sad, because in the Bay Area, ESL folks are probably already shoved under the bus a lot, but at the end of the day they unfortunately serve a lot of English-speakers >.> If it's any consolation, that's basically the only problem.
