Don’t be fooled by all the bots or family members or whatever they have going on with the reviews. This place isn’t the second coming. The customer service is pretty bleh. You can tell the worker was upset I showed up there lol. And the website needs to be updated yesterday. I went in with all the documents I thought I needed based on the website. Even called multiple times before I drove there to verify I had everything but no one answered, of course. So I said screw it and brought the “required” documents. Barely made it in the door before I was asked about something I needed that wasn’t on the website. Pretty much just walked back out the door. Wasted money, time, and gas because my phone calls were ignored. Well played, you weasels. Hopefully this review doesn’t get drowned out by the bots.

No, an appointment is not necessary to get a title, payday, or installment loan. You can stop by any of our stores during store hours and be helped by one of our friendly associates as soon as they’re done working with other customers.
You can make a payment at your closest Cash Cow branch or online. You can use the online portal to view the details of your loan and make payments.

For a payday loan you will need a blank check from an active checking account in your name, a valid photo ID, and a pay stub or proof of income.
To get a payday loan, you can start by either calling or visiting the store. Bring the required items to the store, and the representative will review your information to determine if you qualify. You will fill out the paperwork and arrange to get the money. The process can take 30 minutes or less.
A payday loan is a type of short-term loan that is intended to help you to get cash in advance between paychecks.
Yes, you can keep driving your car while you are repaying the title loan.
The requirements to get a title loan are a valid state-issued ID, the lien-free title to your vehicle, and the vehicle for inspection.
When you stop by the store, bring the required items to show the representative. He will perform a quick inspection of your vehicle to determine the amount you qualify for. The representative will explain the process and answer any of your questions. After you finish your paperwork, arrange to get your money, and leave with your vehicle. The process can take less than 30 minutes!
A title loan is a short-term loan that uses your lien-free vehicle title as collateral for the loan.
