1. Very Friendly 2. Very Transparent 3. Process is about 2 hours depending with the dealer you are dealing with on the lease vehicle 4. Truly recommend this location to everyone I could say nothing negative of this location and the experience I had with AutoNation. I will be definitely going back to sell our other cars and maybe purchase some for the kids. Thank you again AutoNation for such a positive experience.

5 star experience as always!! Not only did we get good service but they make you feel good as a person!! I don't know the names of the employees that work in the parts department. It was a beautiful lady and very nice man that made me feel like a million dollars. When I left there my car ran great and I felt AMAZING.. Thank you all for EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE!!

I ordered my 2022 Ford Maverick from these guys back in Aug 2021. They made it easy and knew the product, even though it was quite new to the market and not yet on the street. Joseph got me set up, I waited 10 months - not their vault....! When the truck got here, they made the finance and warranty process easy - even beat the great rates my credit union! What really impressed me is that they took the time to explain the many features of the car, make sure my Apple Car Play was working, the remote app on my phone was locking and unlocking the vehicle. The Maverick and the buying experience beat my expectations and really made me feel good about becoming a new Ford customer. Thanks Guys!!

My recent purchase of a Ford Escape for my daughter on February 21, 2022 was the best car buying experience I've ever had! The sales agent we worked with, Jenifer Hall made our search and buying process efficient and enjoyable. She suggested a car for us over the phone, and it was perfect - in pristine condition and exactly what we wanted! Jenifer was insightful, helpful, and a delight to work with! Martin Romero in financing expedited our process and worked with our needs. We arrived at the AN dealership at 10:30 and were driving away at 1:00pm with a beautiful and affordable car!

You better call valenci a and ask for advice or if the car is brand new, you can take it at any dodge dealership. Autonation ford Torrance do not have the proper equipment to diagnosed the problems
