Usually a good experience but not today! Waited easily more than 30 mins in line (maybe 12-13 cars ahead). Once we got to the window they asked if we wanted catsup? Absolutely Yes please was our response. As I’m driving away my passenger is shuffling around in the bags and NO CATSUP!!! How do I eat in n out fries with no catsup!!! Ruined meal…ruined night !

Not too brag but my local In and Out is the best!!! I hadn’t been back to this location in years…now that I live close by here…well good news there the best…from the person taking my order and greeting me so politely and also suggesting I move to the other lane to make it easier to pay..since I was solo in my car 🙌and don’t know if it’s because this place has been renovated staff is happier teamwork is noticeable but my burger and fries were deliciously yummy and made that absolute perfect burger craving satisfaction get fulfilled by whom ever cooked it..packaged and charged me for my food that night!! Thanks to you all…keep up the teamwork and yes I will return 🌻”Nena”

Smaller than the typical In-N-Out, designed mainly for drive-through. Only a few tables inside and seven outdoor tables. Bathrooms around the left side of the building. Burger was excellent and the staff was very friendly. Convenient location right off the 110 freeway. Plenty of parking spaces. Clean inside and out.
