The people that work here are very rude. My child receives benefits due to a medical problem. On the renewal form I forgot to sign and include paystubs (my first time using the paper form), and I was awaken with a call from a lady being very snappy at me. Even when I apologized, she had nothing nice to say.

The people that work there are rude. Just because we get help with benefits doesn’t mean you can treat us like low lives. If we didn’t need the help you would be out of a job.

Literally got a whole attitude when they called me about the fact I didn’t report any changes. If you’re going to work in that type of setting, LOOSE THE ATTITUDE.

Not really, however you can be pointed in the right direction.
It can. But only of you're an eligible TANF recipient. So generally no since very few people qualify for that program.
I stopped by today, October 8, 2020, and they are not open to the public.
Wrong office. UC has their own. But if your hours are cut then probably
If you don't have a caseworker you can call, just pop in and ask that exact question. This office is actually pretty friendly and competent, relative to others.
The best advice I have is to go down to the local office. You can see a caseworker or get a new one and resolve any matter that you need to perm application to interview two benefits. Any other way doesn't work the way they say. Hope that helps that comes from years of practice
It was temporarily closed but it's been reopened at the same location
Go to both offices with proof of your new address and id to swich over your benefits.
It can take anywhere from a week to a couple weeks , if he knows what insurance he has whether amerihealth or geisinger or whatever he can call them directly and ask if his insurance card has been mailed yet
They can't make you. But the state will pursue their own case without your cooperation.
Same answer as above, however sometimes its better to go in and handle this, faster
