Aweful experience - Sunday emergency services are worse, unnecessarily slow, and irresponsive. You will need to wait for hours to see a doctor, they will separate your family from you for unexplained/unknown reasons, and will make your child suffer by delaying treatment. This is the way it is probably everywhere nowadays!

I will never go back to Winchester Emergency. Waiting time was so long. First go to the counter register your information. Sit back someone call you again just to check your weight, height and bp, again Rn comes ask you what brings you here, sit back. again, front desk call you for your insurance policy once I handed her my insurance card, she ask me bunch of unnecessary questions regarding wether you are full time, part time, or unemployed, do you speak English? What is your race? What is your ethnicity?what is email, are you married or not? All these questions make me feel like I went there for job interview. Again they make me sit back to waiting zone after a while again the medical assistant call me back to get my blood draw. These whole process of go in and sit back in waiting room is so annoying. I was so sick and for second I felt just to drop and come back to home. Finally after 3 hour they called me inside and I waited there almost half n hour for someone to see me and finally, Nurse practioner saw me and order me for cat scan and Iv fluid. Nurse name (Alexi) came to help me was very rude. She couldn’t get my blood pressure for some reason she looked so annoyed and keep saying whatever. My husband ask if she can do manually? And she said it’s not a big deal. She will do it later. So she tried to give me iv and some reason it leaked all over my hand and my bed. If I write more it will be on n on. At the end what I am trying to say is, we, as a patient go to emergency room to get good treatment not to be treated badly from this kind of rude nurse. We pay for our medical insurance and we want a good service. Person who can’t control their emotions shouldn’t be working in the hospital. I will never go back to Winchester hospital emergency.

Horrible experience.My mother was ill and I had to take her to the emergency. They just made us wait for more than 5 hours and then finally took her inside the emergency room. Again we continued to wait for more than couple of hours in the room. Then what is the point of calling this as emergency care? On top of this the nurses here are absolutely rude and have no concern for the patients. It is indeed a very big mistake to choose this emergency. I will give them no stars but I cannot post without giving a star. This is the worst emergency ever. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU NEED TO BE TREATED IMMEDIATELY.
