Terrible workers! Always speeding down Reist street at 45-50 mph and blowing through stop signs! Nearly have been hit at the intersection of Reist and Glen several times because they go straight through the sign without even turning their heads! I can only imagine how this translates to their work ethics… clearly not so well according to the reviews of this place.

Worst facility you could imagine. They did not give all required medications. Virtually no care at night. Visiting rules changed daily and they tried hard to deny access. There were bugs. No air conditioning in rooms. Filthy. I could go on and on. If you have any choice do not send a family member there.

Worst staff of any rehab facility I’ve seen. The nurses aides were abusive, smart mouthed, and sassy with no empathy for the patient whatsoever. They think nothing of leaving you on a bedpan for an hour, denying you a glass of water, or delivering meals that were cold, tasteless, or didn’t arrive at all. They congregate outside in the hallways, chatting loudly about their weekend, or their cheating boyfriend, or their impatience with other patients on the floor. If you confront them, they deny everything or blame their negligence on “doctor’s orders”. My clothes were tossed on the floor of the closet, or lost, or stolen. It took us more than a month to finally get my wheelchair back after my physician had me pulled from their facility in the face of a personal breakdown on my part. This doesn’t even begin to describe the extent of the abuse I received, including restrictions on visitors and right down to having ants in my bed. Then they had the nerve to bill me $920 for my time there. Take my advice and keep your loved ones as far away from this place as possible.

This place is wonderful. The staff from reception , nursing , maintenance and administration are so patient and helpful . The maintenance guy is a southern gentleman the held the door for me to bring my mother in the receptionist greater me with a smile and the aid came to get my mother was familiar with her and was happy to see and assist us .
