One of the worst car wash ever I pay 20 dollar to get interior vacuum and they leave all the trash in there once I asked oh we don’t do all this we just quick service what ever is left is left they charge for vacuum and all but don’t do it

They do not. You'll have to go down the road to the self service.
Then you have legal action against the previous owner...... you can't hold the new management responsible for the business practices or promos from the old. What if the previous owner gave out $1,000,000 worth of vouchers because the car wash was broken down constantly...... do you expect the new owner to be responsible for the $1,000,000 debt?? come on. Who did you pay for the gift card?? Your own admission is you entetened into a contract with the old owner not the new.
