Brought in my healthy dog for his comprehensive exam, they told me he looked great and there were no issues. That afternoon after picking him up his health started to deteriorate. Two days later we were at the ER where we found out he had pneumonia, a scratch on his trachea and pain in his neck and back. No accountability from Banfield on how/why this would have happened, or if it had happened before the vet (although he was healthy until that point) why they didn't catch this in the comprehensive exam. No explanation or apology or anything other than saying it was a 'coincidence.' If you do go here for some reason don't use the drop off appointment and make sure you're in the room.

The workers are so great. I worked here for a few months, a few years ago, and I still come here to get my pets care. I now live far away and still drive out to come to this banfield. I’ll probably start going to the banfield closest to me soon but I just love all the staff and how happy my dogs are to go to the vet.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.

Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
