Fiancé picked me up a coffee and ordered a breakfast sandwich — no cheese, gluten free bagel (food allergy issues big time for me). Usually they will forget the no cheese, and I’m stuck scraping the it off — happens everywhere. After three bites in today, realized they left the cheese off but served the egg and meat on a plain, traditional bagel… that is full of gluten. Thanks for the next week and a half of GI upset — next time, be like your co-workers and admit that you’re out of gluten free options. By taking the lazy choice, you’re making the public very sick and turning customers away.

It’s a real shame how this store gives the franchise a bad name. Every time I come to this location instead of the Woonsocket one, I’m always disappointed.
