I love to cook.. but I love to eat more and this class is an amazing value for both. Before I talk about the class I want to give a little love to the quality of the piece of steak that we made. It was unbelievable. Melted in my mouth. I was sitting there in awe, shell shocked that I had wasted my whole life cooking steak in any other method than the way Phil taught us. The class itself was super relaxed, informative and lots of fun. Phil gives endless hints and makes the recipe simple. I will definitely be making these recipes for family and friends and I guarantee that they will be wildly impressed. Melinda was an excellent host and had us laughing all night with her banter. Highly recommend this class and I will 100% come back for another to add some recipes to my repertoire.

Great evening with great Chefs. Very professional, knowledgeable, and understood individual abilities and skill sets. Just made it a joy to cook and learn. The food of course was incredible, I mean they are professionals. Great environment look forward to future menus.

We run our classes every week night and sometimes Saturday evenings from 6:30 - 9pm, most classes are $60 per person
So would I!! Have tried and tried can’t do it. I have heard that you need to age the egg whites it makes all the difference
