Royal Auto was awesome. Our car broke down mid day on a Friday. We were able to drop the car off that day. We had a warranty through our dealership. Joe at Royal Auto was great, he handled the warranty for us so we didn't have to do any of the leg work. Repairs were fixed in a timely manner and the car's now working wonderfully. Joe even followed up with a text to check on the car. We are very satisfied and great job to the team at Royal Auto.

They are very professional and take the time to explain exactly what the vehicle needs. They use a video system and record exactly what the vehicle needs and send it to your phone for you to review.. once your done they send you an itemized estimate that allows you to approve and decline the services with a click of a button. The shop is honest and let you know exactly what’s wrong with your vehicle using a priority system. Repairs are usually taken care of same day if not within a few days max. I really trust these guys and they make you feel comfortable. Mechanical facilities can be a uncomfortable place to go especially for woman and they make you feel like family while walking you thru the procedure and what needs to be repaired. I will return here in the future and I encourage everyone else to do the same. Best repair facility in Cranston, maybe even Rhode Island.

My radiator burst while in town from Detroit, these folks got me in first thing in the morning and had me ready to drive the next day! Good, fair prices for what they ask for as well. I also appreciated the video detail of the service, and when I requested an alteration of my services on my diagnostics they happily changed them to what I wanted. Solid place in a pinch.
