Don’t confuse the cashiers by using coins. Twice have given the cashier exact change so that I don’t get a bunch of coins back and they ignored the coins I handed them and gave me back change as if I just handed them a twenty. Not sure if this is poor training on Dunkin’s part or an example of the sorry state of our education system.

Isyss read back my order which included everything but when I get to the window she gives me everything except my med chai latte iced. When I asked for the chai latte she says I did not order a chai latte. I then stated that she read back my whole order which included the chai latte iced. She then stated she did not read that to me. Instead of admitting to being she stated she will make it and charge me for it. I said no thank you. Besides getting my order wrong everything was very sloppy. I will not recommend this location at all.

There is a gentleman who works the window, he is an absolute delight. He has such positive words every time I get my coffee. What a wonderful person to work the window, he will uplift you on a bad day!
