Ordered 3 plants june 10 2022. They charged my credit card no notice of any kind other than an acct. Number. Cant reach by phone will hardly ever respond to emails even when they ask for one. Worst customer service I've ever had. My suggestion is go elsewhere for hostas I will never go there again money probably lost.

Placed a Hosta order earlier in the year and they arrived today. Opened the box and absolutely speeches. The best quality hostas I have EVER ordered, PERIOD. Large, Full, Healthy plants with long, full, undamaged roots. These are the deepest rooted hostas I have ever seen. The time spent separating, handling and packing these plants must have taken an hour each. This is the 1st time I have provided a product review but Green Mountain Hosta Nursery and it’s staff deserve praise. Excellent job Y'all from Nashville Tennessee. Thank You. You are my new Hosta provider.

The plants you will receive from this company are beautiful. Mine were shipped all the way to ND in absolute perfect condition! Please be patient with this small company…. They are doing the best they can to get the orders out as fast as they can. Sometimes we are ALL in a hurry and do not think that they are low on staff also. I ordered and picked up several hosta varieties. They were all mature divisions, with several, multi-eyed plants with amazing root systems. All of the plants have adapted extremely well to my garden in upstate New York. Simply put, Janet grows and sells incredible plants, and I am sure to be a repeat customer in years to come. I highly recommend Green Mountain Hosta nursery over ANY other on-line hosta/perennial sites. They are a top-notch company and you will be very happy at the size and quality of the plants they sell.

I also ordered in 2019 and had no response from the company and pretty much gave up. However, I have since received an email from them apologizing for the inconvenience and assuring me my order will be ready in May, 2020 and they offered a discount or extra plants for the problem. I'm optimistic I will get my plants as promised.
Do not buy from this company. From what I can tell, they have taken orders online in 2019, taken the person's money, and never shipped products. They do not respond to requests for refunds. I have filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau.
