I just call and a very very rude person on the phone doesn't want to take my order after she said yes, because she said ô I'm not familiar with that address when I can see the Domino's from here.

Absolutely the worst experience ever order showed pizza was ready online go there and not done. Waited an extra 30+ minutes and my order was already done 10 minutes ago. Got food cold no one apologized or offered a discount or anything. Employees swearing at each other. Save your money and go to the dominos in Cumberland or order from village pizza because the manager here doesn't know how to run a business and apparently the owner doesn't care.

Ordered my food at 10:25pm, i saw online that our food was in “quality check” from 10:46 to 11:20 which is well over the time limit I call them and the kid was trying to joke around on the phone which was not professional at all, he stated that my food was on it way then he added “oh sorry it’s leaving right now” I’m aware that it’s pizza but come one pull it together. Never ordering here again.

Possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant not a big fan of dominos in general but I’ll never go back to here or another dominos again. Customer service was god awful and ignorant calling me “bro” and sending my pizza to my neighbors house waking them. Not only that my pizzas were all undercooked after taking forever on the app to “check” quality. If your thinking about ordering here your better off at anywhere else mcdonalds has service.
