I like the card system and that you can even get laundry bags, soap, snacks from machine, etc with the laundry card.

I come here a lot and Rosa is always very helpful but the other lady is always rude. ALWAYS. No matter how someone talks to her she always answers with attitude. I had to buy more fabric softener to put on my clothes so I only needed to add a dollar to my card. I had coins and needed a dollar for it. She didn’t want to help me and told me to wait while she finished her break which is understandable. What is not understandable is all employees being on break at the same time and turning customers away. I can’t press pause on the machine so it can wait while she finishes. Someone described her as UNPROFESSIONAL and that’s exactly right not to mention rude as hell. Rosa has always been helpful but this other lady needs some lessons in customer service. This is another incident almost many I’ve had with her for asking her to do what she is being paid to do which is help the customers… if anyone else was at the counter I would have asked them BUT it was only her and she didn’t even let the other girl help me. Very petty
