Probably the worst crew I've ever seen.. I've been here many times and somehow or someway they still mess up the simplest order.. honestly pathetic if you ask me, out of the 8 times I've tried it they still messed it up every single time.. I drive up the street to the other Dunkins now

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I used to work at Dunkin’ Donuts in Marlborough when I was a teenager and man can I say they have gone downhill since then. I waited in the drive through line for 35 minutes, got yelled at by the woman in the drive through window (I believe her name was Amy) when I asked why it was taking so long with 5 people working on the floor. And not one person apologized for the absurd wait time. I’m not one to write reviews like this either, I understand some days are busier than others, but the service I received was absolutely unacceptable and I do not want that to go unnoticed.

My go-to Dunks~ They keep things moving pretty well considering the popularity of the drive-thru. Never got a wrong order or a poorly made menu item. People working there always seem cheery enough~
