I went to Best Buy hoping to find a refurbished phone at a good price. Mine broke, and I had already been to the apple store with no luck in terms of repairing the phone. The lady in the front, Mindy, was so genuine and caring. She asked what brought me in and did everything she could to help me with my situation. I am a nurse and work with people all the time. It has been hard the past few years as many people are struggling with mental health and just treat each other poorly. To have someone be so kind and thoughtful meant a lot, and Mindy was hands down the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. And more than that, she was just an exceptional human being. Thank you for your help. You went above and beyond.

As always my Bestbuy experience has been really good. They are always ready to help when needed. The store has good variety of all the products. Recently got a ear pods from here and the store rep (forgot his name) was very helpful. Explained everything about the product. I always like to go Bestbuy.

Pretty much one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a store. Placed and online order for an "Open Box Excellent" condition laptop. Ordering and picking up was simple enough. When I got home I opened the product to discover that there was no charger in the box. I figured it was a minor over sight so I returned to the store to see if they could help. When I arrived I was asked by the MOD if there was anything I could be helped with. I explained my case and the guy basically said "show me the label". The instant he saw that it was open box he told me that it was normal to have missing pieces. At this point I'm thinking yes I know it's an open box cause that's what I ordered. If only there was a way for guests to know the condition of the product it would be in when they ordered. I dunno maybe a grading system of some type? Oh wait there is. So I proceed to show him the grading system on Best Buy's website. To which he responded with "Oh I used to work in geek squad so I already know everything about that". After that he simply left me to my own fate. I walked around a few minutes to simply process what just happened and I decided not to deal with it so I went to return the product. The cashier was new so I patiently waited for the guy to fumble through the return process. Multiple times through this he looked over to the MOD for help but the guy couldn't be bothered. At one point I even stepped in to guide the cashier on what to do. I was so disappointed as a GM myself I saw this as a perfect coaching moment for the new guy but clearly the MOD didn't care at all. Eventually I left and told the cashier to have a good day. So TLDR Best Buy in Marlborough your management team sucks. The new cashier was a nice kid though. To "Rich" the MOD on Monday March 5th during the afternoon. Seriously you have no qualifications to be any type of lead or manager of any kind. Your staff deserves better than the efforts you give them.

GREGORY MITH is the WORST sales person ever. He told me I didn't need to pickup my engine remote starter and the technician would have it on site on the day of the installation. Bestbuy canceled my order and the installation date, rescheduled the dates 3 times and had to repurchase the remote starter. Their customer service is a joke they can't do anything for me. I've been dealing with this issue for several weeks and have spent hoursssss on the phone. I have to wait another month to get the installation. NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HIM.

Currently best buy still does online orders for PS5 and Xbox. It's unknown when we will have some in stock.

Walk-ins are not recommended, as there is a reason they make appointments. If you try to walk in you may have to leave and come back later as they are usually double booked already. Especially if you are looking to have your phone battery replaced, make an appointment ahead of time so as not to waste your time or theirs.
