Recommend this place to everyone, tried local guys and it’s been waisted time and money, a lot of promises but no resolves, I used this place twice and both times my gears been professionally fixed .

I had a very odd situation with a Marantz receiver and researched the list of warranty service centers, eventually choosing Approved Audio Service based on their good reviews. Larry was extremely helpful and professional and we communicated back and forth quite a bit regarding the details of what the receiver was doing under which particular circumstances. I was quite impressed that he took the time to answer every single email I sent. Eventually Marantz agreed to replace the unit as it seemed there were no other repair options, and Larry took care of that part of the process for me as well. Approved Audio Service gets my highest praise and recommendation.

Fixed my Sony receiver! One of my main channels wasn't working. It's a nearly 25 yo device but I really enjoy it. So happy that Approved Audio was able to fix it.Thank you!

Questions & Answers

I have an old Lafayette 12" woofer. Was working fine, but now has a bad rattle. Sounds like it needs to be reckoned. Can you handle this?? Lou S

Probably. I send the woofers out for repair, we don't do them here. My speaker guy would have to see it to see if he has a compatible parts, as an original cone certainly would not be available. Usually he can reuse the cone and graft a voice coil onto it. It. would be $50 plus some shipping to get it to him for him to check out.

I have 3 Kenwood stereo components that need to be serviced: Kenwood receiver KR-8060, Kenwood 6 CD changer DR-R3060, Kenwood dual cassette deck KX-W8070S. Would you be interested in working on them?

You might want to "call" the shop and ask them Robert. This is just a "Maps" bulletin board.
