There's a lady in the little house on the balansa. Which is great, very polite. My card didn't go through it was embarrassing but she gave me the assistance to solve it.

Yes, shirt boxes are considered mixed paper, the bin for mixed paper is next to the Newspaper bin.

I don't know what a rinsing lawn mower is, but you can throw away pretty much anything there for a fee.
Yes they do, some items require an additional fee i.e. mattresses, TV, Refer, etc. Not sure about recliners, but they do take them.
