A chic, high-end mall with lots of unique stores, ranging from galleries with local art for sale to shops like Louis Vuitton and Gucci. The atriums in the centers of the two buildings made the space really bright. There are public bathrooms if you need to use one, but they are rather hidden, so look carefully at the directory. The shop numbers do not correlate with the floor number.

Upscale shops, easy to get to via transit. Minus a star because the directory maps use confusing language, color coding can be interpreted in different ways, and levels aren't clearly defined. Lots of security.

For the price the "Hotel Rose" is right near the waterfront and it was lovely hotel.
There are 2 or 3 garages very close by and metered parking on most streets in the area.
I called them on Tues Sept 19th and was told not until late Fall.

Last time I was there in January they were finishing up the work. So I assume they're open by now
