Alex and Gennadiy don't back down on quality. Very hard workers. My roof is not very old, but it developed a leak which destroyed the drywall ceiling. They completely sealed and waterproofed the area they repaired. New Roof in now part of my contacts. Mike

Alex was amazing! He called to let me know he could come 4 hours earlier than our appt! Did my inspection and while I wasn't ready for the price- the price was fair and he explained the issues and how to fix them. I called about a leak coming from a shingle nail in my roof. Alex pointed out 2 different options - fixing the leaking area and adding roofing caulk to the other areas (my roof was 7 years old and the caulk was starting to crack). Was very professional and showed me pictures of my roof before and after the repair. I will definitely be using New Roof again- fantastic customer service and fair pricing! 10/10 would recommend

New Roof was prompt to meet our needs and even came out in the rain to inspect our skylights. They were professional by providing a thorough report of their findings along with their recommendations. Definitely call them first for any roof needs you may have.

If you had a different insurance provider when the last one here than you do right now, then you would pursue a claim against the insurance provider you had when the storm happened. For example if you had travelers insurance on September 26, 2018. You switched to State Farm in September 31, 2018, if that hail storm here the last to hear you're home then you would pursue a claim against travelers insurance, as they were the ones who showed the property at the time of the storm.

depreciation is either recoverable (RCV) Or unrecoverable. This is the amount of money that is withheld by your insurance company at the beginning. The amount that is with health is determined by the age of your roof. A good example is if your roof is 30 years old and is 15 years old, they will typically hold 50% of the approved amount. It is meant to encourage the homeowner to get the work done in a timely matter. If you have the recoverable depreciation, once the work is complete you will receive that amount as your final payment.
