I purchased an ice cream cone and when I received it the cone was misshapen and the wafer part of the cone appeared to have bite marks along the rim. Although it only cost 80 cents it was substandard in presentation. I was shocked at the employee who also failed to hear my request for napkins.

I don't expect much when going to McDonald's but this was worse than expected. Drive thru was closed. Chicken sandwich was dry with nothing on it, tasted old and was flat like someone smashed it. Only reason I gave 3 stars is fries we're fresh.

Had to wait for fries for my kids happy meal. As I waited 10 minutes, I watched 7 cars leave, several of them were munching on their fries as they drove by. When my kids happy meal came, my food was cold, his food was cold, and the fries were only half full.

Worst service. Went through drive though at 115pm ordered 2 meals and 4 holiday pies. Was told to pull around. I checked the time after waiting awhile. Then had to go in to get my order. It was sitting on the counter who knows how long. …
