The beach is beautiful. There is a great bike and walking trail along the Cape Cod Canal about 9 miles. The rocks along the canal can be fun

There's a couple of public charcoal grills at the fish pier / camping registration area. Or use your own gas grill on the campsites. No charcoal or wood fires allowed there with the exception of the 5 tent sites.

It used to be in may but they change time's every year. Best bet is to call chamber of commerce office in sandwich to know for sure. A like always appreciated. Good luck.

Everything here is FCFS, that being said, the beach lot is huge. And if that one is full, there is a smaller lot right next to it by the begining of the canal.

Yes! Great place to walk your dog. All dogs I've encountered are leashed and we are usually up there for about 2-3 weeks each summer. Mornings are lovely!
