New update - 06/30 - They are not working in full swing, i see most of the time only 1 person working for both Drive through and pharmacy. It’s ridiculous to wait for more than 30-45 mins. They should deploy more ppl and do a proper management. Its a management failure IMO. Worst ever drive through experience with lone tree walgreens, ive been waiting since 1:30 till 2:30 and no response from window, they mentioned will return @1:30

Pharmacy drive up..acknowledged 10mins when pull up - Nicole saw me but didnt say anything until i said hello after 10mins. SHE pointed to her headset that she was on the phone..okay but you should still acknowledged customer..she takes my information but ends up helping another customer dumps my info to another employee name Vero, she only brings one of two items ..lack of communication poor customer services.. 30mins later i received my meds. 5 empolyees accounted
