The staff was amazing, especially Leanne, the night clerk. I came in all frazzled and her bright smile and kindness brought me right out of my funk. I felt like I was with family. Her energy was just amazing and she made sure I wanted for nothing. The room was extremely clean, and perfect for my disabled husband. The place was perfect. Will definitely stay there again when we are in town visiting family. Thank you to all the staff!!!! And thanks Leanne, your the best!!!!!

Positive: Location and morning breakfast. Negative: The ADA room a few things need to be fixed. No closet to hang clothes/jackets. Bathroom floor tile was extremely slippery when wet. The shower water ran out onto the floor so you had to soak up the water with towels. NO emergency pull cord in the bathroom

I checked in and went to my room, I pulled the comforter back and found long hair on the sheets in several different places, the bedding was not changed. When I asked the hotel staff to come in and change out the bedding it took them almost an hour to bring new sheets, I even had to call down and tell them to make sure they bring up a new clean comforter, the person working the desk didn't seem like it was a big deal so it must happen all the time. How do you microwave in the room was not plugged in and there was not even a plug where it was sitting so in order to use it you had to remove it from under the TV and move it to a table so that you could actually use the microwave, I was told they have new microwaves my order which blows my mind that you would have microwaves that are usable but no place to plug them in so what's the point in ordering a new microwave.

Positive: Convenient and the breakfast was good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Negative: Kids above us jumping off the bed, druggie kept propping back door open with his Drug pipe and then propped open his door so unregistered guest could come in.
