Terrible attitudes and rude responses to asking for a minute to order. Pulled up to the drive thru to order, there was 1 car behind us and 3 ahead and when we asked for a minute to get our order together the staff stated they were "being timed and if you're going to take too long then just come inside to the lobby." We were about to give our order when the staff stated that, and I have a physical disability that makes it difficult to always just go inside. We left because this was upsetting on multiple levels, but it was inconsiderate of someone if they have trouble processing the menu or like me with a physical disability. It was the worst experience and if this is how their corporate is making them run then that is despicable too. I won't be returning any time soon and I am sad how customers are getting treated.

employees were rude!! could use a serious dose of customer service training! this place won't last long with its current staff! if I really give this place a 1/4 star rating! because 1 star is way more than it deserves!

Staff was friendly. I ordered through the drive thru, had to pull around to wait on some of the items I ordered, but when I received everything it was all hot and fresh. Great job!

By far the work experience yet. Pulled up to drive-thru and the person taking orders got impatient that I was not answering him to place my order even though I could not pull all the way up to the microphone due to vehicles in front of me. After placing the order I was still not able to move forward again due to vehicles in front of me and he repeated the pricing for me twice with utmost attitude. After getting to the window to pay I was laughed at for wanting to use gift cards that I had received over the holidays and was then only able to use half of what I had given them. Upon getting home with my food I realized that the food order was only half correct and that the burritos I ordered we almost empty and mostly tortilla. I would highly recommend against people going here unless you absolutely won’t go to any other locations.
