2 years and still 1 star- service...smh... the CSRs at this place just have no custumer service acumen! And their food is decent enough to be called better than McDonald's, but the unsavory CSRs and their service attitudes keep me from attending burger- eating at this particular location often! 🥴

7/2019 still good food. They have reduced the prices though... which is great! 5 stars now! Was 4 stars.. 3 8 2018 Freindly service, nice at checkout. Lots of options for your burgers. Burgers are tasty. Lots of fries... loads of fries. Only draw back is price of burgers... bit high..

The staff was amazing. All of them were so friendly I forgot I was getting fast food and they weren't working for tips. The burger was very good, but still not the best in Paducah. The fries were way over-seasoned, I couldn't even eat half and I had to use a lot of mayo to get the ones down I did eat. I normally don't use condiments with fries. The milkshake was good, a little thin, but I like that since it's ready to drink right then. It would have been a 3 star review, but the staff brought it up to a 4. The cost was another factor. What I consider the best burger in Paducah would have cost me almost half of this burger and it would have come with fries & a drink for the price of just the burger at 5 guys. I might come back here, but I'm not going out of my way to eat here.
