Could use a new boat dock and stairs that lead to the water. And some out door lighting to light the way people are friendly .

What kind of fish are you wanting to catch?? Catfish is all over around the boat ramp, stergoen i would troll up and down the river, same for stripper

All the yards we stay at our nightly or longer usage so if it's one I've been to I believe I like it I've had really good success and all of our RV locations so far
