Nice salads! Burgers are good too, but nice to have a place have salads with flavor and actual ingredients -- the Santa Barbara Cobb has actual avocado on it! 🥑 That's rare to find. Fried green beans were a nice sub for French fries...

Food is consistently good and never had issue with flies or service. Jeff probably caught them on a bad day. Always recommend.
Best info I have is the manufacturer is Morning Star. It is rice & oatmeal based, mixed with a large array of vegetables. Best of my knowledge there is no bean or tofu at all.
