I think it's pretty bad when energy united won't make an adjustment on a high bill due to a water heater leak. I had a crawl space water heater leaking and didn't realize it until I got a higher than normal electric bill. I started checking and found the leak. I had to pay for a new water heater, high electric bill and a high water bill and energy united wouldn't even adjust the bill.

I have been in panic mode all day worrying about my power being shut off because I am on pre-paid power. I messed up my money this month. And an angles voice came on the other end of the phone when I called EU to beg them not to cut off my power. And that young lady informed me because I have an outstanding payment history that I no longer have to be on pre pay. And I also have a credit on my next MONTHLY bill that will be mailed out soon. That will mot be due until the following month. Prayers do get answered. Thank you so much EU.

You probably could call customer service and they could tell you what to do ... that's really the only way to get ahold of them bc they have closed all of their offices due to covid and they dont have a sign up as to when they will open them back

Energy United normally closes on all holidays. I visit Energy United frequently, i keep up with The business
Not on the weekends. There crews only work on trouble calls or emergencies on the weekends. Charge depends on your credit.
I had to go on the energy united app and report my outage bc the phone call wouldnt go through.
