Extremely noisy central air conditioning system that has taken out any convenience of apartment living. We can't hear each other in living room and it is impossible to concentrate at work or watch tv. It was a mental workout trying to write this review sitting in the living room and it has not been fixed for over a year. This probably is just a simple fix of replacing the panel which is not expensive. Other neighbors have same problem with no resolution.

BEWARE. Don’t move in here unless you want pet mice to live with you. Luxury apartments is a lie, they have a serious rodent and maintenance problem. They will tell you to your face that they will fix it. And then nothing is done week after week!!! It really is unfortunate that everyone I have met is nice but in the end nothing gets done. Tour the apartment before you rent because these are run down and disgusting. Blinds are dry rotted and there was a fingernail stuck to the carpet. 9/8/2022

It locates in a great location, just 5 minute walk to a grocery store open until 11pm, has shuttles to Alewife station. We lived here for 2.5 years. We met the maintenance team several times. All staffs are so responsible, nice and helpful. And thanks our community supervisor, Jim, he helped us a lot so that when we move out, the process is so easy and smooth. We will miss the days we lived here, walking in the hill, enjoying the blossom, having fun in the pool, sliding on the sled.
