Waste of money! AVALON at Lexington Hills prices are higher than the market if you compare town houses price. Avalon keeps changing the prices according to the season and other parameters which the intelligent consumer can easily get when tracking their prices (as we did). For example, our townhouse was out at the market for $5.7k after we left where rent it at $4.2k just 8 months before – at that time when they publish it for $5.7k it was probably one of the most expensive townhouses in Lexington per sq ft. Later the price dropped, and we think it was rented eventually for around $5.3k at August where now similar townhouse is at the market for much less (which is actually a little above its true value)! I wonder what people who rented it just few months ago for ~$5.3k think about that. Please check the private rental market at Lexington you will get much bigger house and at better location for your money, without frequent ‘changes’ of the price – especially if you want to rent for long term. If you are coming to Lexington from out of state, take agent or someone who can represent you and find a house in the free market – save your family/company money! (I’m not a real-estate agent and don’t have any relation to one – unless you define Physicist as real estate agents 😊) Avalon office workers, remember that in your houses there are families, these are also your customers not ATMs. Maybe find your self more decent occupation something that you can tell about to your grandchildren. P.S. If you are renting an apartment, please check the history of the building it will help you to understand the design flaws. In addition, in the town house the den room heating is very poor, and the rooms are very small (sq. ft. includes the parking hence the small size). We also had pests issues which we eventually resolved by ourselves since Avalon team were slow and useless (same impression for the den room air condition).

Maintenance came by today to handle a thermostat issue. I had Victor from the team stop in and he did a great job. He thoroughly examined the issue, replaced the questionable hardware and was very friendly and listened to my description of the issue. Thank you for the excellent service.

I lived here for a while and moved out recently. They are STILL BILLING me for rent although I moved out. I called their office and left emails but they don't ever get back to you. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
