Beautifully Broken Creations

They were handling my case for almost 2 years, got denied 3 times. I don't feel like they were truly on my side or helping me to the best of their ability. Paralegal changed multiple times. I had to do a lot of the legwork myself in regards to providing medical documents etc. They did not keep in touch or let me know what was going on with my case for extended periods of time. I feel misrepresented and they just wasted my time. Mr. Koontz was very standoffish and not easy to talk to. I didn't feel any compassion, just judgment. He said he thinks my pain is coming from depression even though I have medical proof that I have numerous chronic health issues that cause pain along with mental illnesses. Now I have to find another lawyer, hopefully one that's more compassionate and on my side and start over again....
