I had a poor experience. Yes the service was “done” but it felt rushed and as though there was no thoughtfulness in the process. The lady washed my hair and i had to tell her to go back in because she didn’t do a good enough job with soap still being on my head and my hair still being slightly itchy (ikr who messes up washing hair? i was shocked too) After she washed my hair she dried it. She didn’t put any product in my hair. No heat protection, no oils or creams it was just DRY. I was shocked and it made me question if she even knew what she was doing in regards to natural hair. To top it all off, I had to call her back to dry the back of my head AGAIN because it wasn’t dry enough. This might be minor to some but after she dried the hair she immediately hurried me off the seat.She didn’t even offer to pack my hair into a bun or anything which i thought was odd. Instead she rushed me off the chair and said I need to stand up for the next customer. Even though It only took me 2 seconds to tie my hair in a bun (which she didn’t even have the courtesy to do). The customer service at this establishment needs to be improved.

These people are really rude. I just called them to find out about their prices and also make an appointment but the way this person talked to me back, it's unbelievable!! When I called back again, she picked then hang up after hearing my voice again

I had my hair braided, no extension. I have very very long hair. She braided my hair adding silk stripes of fabric that I provided. She did a special hair braid style for me and add some jewelry ornaments on the braids because I had to perform in a dance show wearing a special hair style. She did an amazing work for just $90. I was super happy!!! ☺☺☺☺☺ ❤❤❤❤❤❤

She crocheted my dreads, so I assume she does the same for braids.
