Was able to get someone on the phone and they were helpful, polite, and professional!

I do not know how or why they get a pay check. None of the Clerks except KATHY, Ever answers the phone, it's sad, someone whom is supposed to be a public SERVICE does NOT DO THEIR JOB, SO SAD. What are they getting paid for?? Someone needs to check into the operation of this office. Needs a manager in charge. 1 star is not even what they deserve.

Their website is broken and the phone staff are rude. Woman on the phone made a mockery of me worrying about exposing my immune compromised father to COVID 19.
Melissa Washington
Very kind, professional, and helpful officials and staff!

Please call 336-779-6300 for information on this matter.
The magistrate is open 24 hours a day but I don't know if they discuss traffic violations
You can call the Estates Department at 336-779-6304 and they will be able to give you the information you need, which will depend on certain information from you.
Typically you need receipts for property taxes i.e for your accountant at least
Or go to the court house

Not sure what you're asking.
Yes, but maybe no. It depends on the ticket. Did the officer say you HAD to show up? Look at the ticket and see what options you have. Moving violations can generally be paid online. Speeding (depending on speed) can be but some require mandatory show in court. Anything reckless is a must show. Call the clerks office and give them your info if you are still unsure.

Before 5:00 pm I work here and you will not get in after 5 pm
Yes
Not now, the courthouse closed shortly after the wintery mix begin. No decision about tomorrow opening have been posted.
Assuming your case is in 1B, either get another copy printed out on your court date in 1B or get a copy from the Criminal Clerk's office (2nd floor)
Just go down and see.
If I remember correctly, years ago I had to go to the building across the street, next to the court house. Start out on the 2nd floor of the courthouse and ask them where would you go to get a copy of your birth certificate.. They will know for sure. Or you can call the Social Security office. It's off of Silas Creek Parkway in WS.
