Family experienced an unprovoked rude encounter with a check-out staff. I'm sure it doesn't reflect on all who work there but it says something about what standards management has. I came back and talked to a manager and he didn't show great concern.

Most Holiday stations now will allow you to enter the phone number associated with your Cub card. Makes it easier to use your fuel discount.
