They got my order out quickly and friendly the management was professional and treated me like I was important..

Would leave one star if possible. Order a chicken tender meal then when I arrived at home of course it was not my order. I returned to obtain the food I originally ordered and was told I can order another side or wait for god knows how long it felt like for the fries I originally ordered. Pretty bad customer service by the individuals working also not even the smallest notion like they had made a mistake. Will not return.

Got a to go order. Chicken breast box with fries. Got home, chicken thigh (I don't eat dark meat), mashed potatoes and gravy (I don't eat mashed potatoes or gravy), no cookie. The only thing right was the biscuit. Live in a completely different town. Called and they said that they would send me a coupon for a free replacement meal. Two weeks and still no coupon. I'm sorry but I just can't recommend this place which is rather sad.

So.. this was the first time in maybe two years since we had gotten any KFC. When we pulled up, the drive-thru was lined up around the building. When it got to be our turn... we wanted cheese curds..they were out of them... We wanted 1/2 original and 1/2 grilled only to be told that they were out, and the wait for anything except wings was going to be 30 minutes minimum, and there'd be no grilled. The lady on the intercom wasn't the most pleasant person, but, we weren't really in a hurry, so we decided to wait. The sweet lady that came out to our vehicle was trying to get the orders to the right people. She explained that the person who was taking the orders had just picked up her things and walked out saying she wasn't feeling well. She also said she had an 8 pc. all white meal. We told her that we had an 8 pc., but it wasn't supposed to be all white and we had really wanted 1/2 grilled. She then told us that they don't grill anything anymore... So it wasn't that they were out of grilled chicken... We were fine with the all white and took it. I guess what I am getting at is it's not just us as the customer who gets the raw end of the stick. The sweet lady and the other ones who were still working were doing their best to make sure they got everything right for all of us customers. She even told us to call the restaurant if we got home and something wasn't right. So, kudos to her, and to those who are out there that still care about the job that you do and the reflection it has on not only the restaurant, but on you too! I, for one, really appreciate you!

The specials can change weekly. I woupd recommend calling or visiting there. I used to work there
