I came in with my elderly dog to be euthanized. The staff was very kind, friendly and efficient. They did a quick assessment and helped him to cross the rainbow bridge. They let me stay with my friend the whole time and let me say goodby. I was very grateful they did not make the dog wait.

I took my dog into this location 3 times in one week. 1st day my dog was diagnosed by the veterinarian Pam and was charged a ridiculous amount for medication that i now know wasn't even relevant to what was happening to her. She said bailey would be better in a week and she would not die. I brought her in the very next day because my dog Bailey lost complete mobility of her left leg over night. Our vet couldn't see us so I ran her back to this location for veterinarian Robinson to say that my dog is robust and would be using all limbs if she wasn't so fat. They had us there for over 4 hours and once again charged us a crazy amount and increased pain medication that I didn't ask for, just to make a few extra bucks before we left that day because they knew we just wanted to go home with Bailey. I was able to follow up with my regular vet, bless them. But Baileys blood work came back on a Saturday so once again I had to go to this emergency room because she was in very very bad condition. It was very clear what they needed to do. The workers here assured me, not one but 3 of them said don't say goodbye now because she will be fine and will come home soon that this is an easy fix. That 100 percent she was going to come out of this alive. (She had high blood sugar) so I left her there for night care. 5 hours later, not even a full night they called me to say she went into cardiac arrest. When I heard this I rushed in. No one would tell me if she had passed I waited in anticipation for 30 minutes just for someone to come in and tell me she died. They were extremely rude to me and have been since our first visit but i had no other options and did not know fully understand what was wrong with her. They told me the fluids they were giving her entered her lunges. They gave her too much fluids and her heart stopped. I could tell they were hiding more information because she couldn't even tell me when her heart had stopped. My poor dog only needed some love and care for the next two nights and instead they neglected her and she died. They only tried to save her when it was already too late. They still handed me a large bill even though I've already paid over 1,000 for all of her other visits. Charged me for the same fluids that killed her. I waited with my dead dog in a box to try to speak to someone about our experience and the bill. They left us there for over 30 minutes and I couldn't take it anymore. We left and now I can't even get a phone call back. I trusted these people with the biggest part of me and they failed her. I will never stop regretting taking such a precious angle here. She was my emotional support animal, my best friend and the most important thing in my life. Only take your dog here if you're expecting them to die.

Horrible experience! More so for my cat than myself. I arrive  with a very distressed,  vocalizing cat in pain at 3:30 pm. I was ushered into a rm. And my cat taken back. There was maybe one other client there when I arrived.. A vet tech comes in to get info. Mind you, he never introduced himself. He then proceeds to cut me off mid sentence and leave .I asked him who he is. For 2.5 hrs I wait. No one ever comes in to let me know anything, something. I had to go out 2x to ask, with no more info than before. At 6pm I state that I want my cat back. He will be more comfortable "waiting" at home and that I would take him to my vet the next day. The girl brings my cat (who is loudly vocalizing in pain) and gets quite nasty with me saying I should keep my cat there as he is quite sick and not well.  No kidding! That's why I came! Come to find out, the dr. Is now in surgery, but "should" be done in an hour.  Amazing how we have been her 2.5 hrs and no one has given my cat anything for pain or to make him more comfortable. Had I known I would be waiting so long, I could have had him in the room with me to at least comfort him. I agree to wait. Dr. Finally comes in a little after7. He then proceeds with the excuses- shift change, new staff, emergencies, surgery, been a busy day! He mentions how he told his staff to let everyone know there would be  a 2 hour wait. Well, again, no one told me anything until I was about to leave. And it certainly wasn't any of the aforementioned. He says had he known about my cat earlier, he could have expedited things sooner. Wow. Needless to say, my cat's last hours (4) were not pleasant ones there. The staff needs a course in communication, customer service and empathy.  A sign in my  waiting room said : please be nice to the staff they are here to help.  the entire world is understaffed. I think the staff should read that, but Perhaps it should say: Please be nice to the customer, they are only here to help their pets and  are under stress. Can't undo that experience. My cat was the one who suffered...Shame on you.

Very thankful to the doctor and nurses on duty Thanksgiving day. My little girl had ingested a string from a toy and was unable to pass it. I had called them ahead of time so they knew I was coming, as soon as I walked inside they were able to put us in a room. We were there for a couple hours but I expected that. All the nurses were very helpful, the doctor answered my questions and explained things well. They spoke highly of my baby and I could tell that they were good people and good to her. Praying that my baby girl keeps getting better after her escapade, but I’ll always be grateful for the staff’s patience and kindness yesterday.

I'm so sorry about your precious Mia. That's very difficult for you both. Yes, we are open every night, 24 hours on weekends & holidays. We have a very good cremation service who will handle your Mia with the best care. Please know that we are available to help medically should Mia need us.

My mini Aussi was attacked by a German shepherd last night, she has several gashes that puncture the skin. I applied wound care ointment. Would my dog require antibiotic shots?

Do you have Crofab in stock for treating pit viper snake bites. If so, what protocol do you use for treating animal? Are all your vets trained in snake bite treatment?

We carry antivenin for pit vipers & are very familiar with treating snake bites. Unfortunately, we see them all the time. If your pet has been bitten you need to get them in immediately

My pomeranian sounded like he was choking. I normally rub his throat to calm him down. I have been holding him but when I put him down he seems to try and cough up something lower than his throat. He seems better but is still clinging to me.

It could be a number of different things. I would take him to a vet. If he is older it can be a heart condition. But it can also be a collapsing treachea.
