Ordered carry out and get to the store and there’s 4 cars ahead of me for the carry out window. I get out of line so I can go inside and get my order only to find the doors locked. Get back in the car and drive around to find 5 cars now waiting and sat there for over 25 minutes to get my pizza. I understand places are short staffed but it would be nice to be told their doors are closed or they are running behind when you call. I was told I could pick my pizza up in 15 minutes when I called. I’ve spent longer sitting in line. Plus there was no sign on the door saying dine in area not open. Could have been a lot more communication! I would have just driven away and got a pizza somewhere else but I ordered pizza for someone with a gluten allergy.

Twice now I've gotten all the way home and not all my order was in there. I had to go all the way back 20 to 30 mi to pick up the rest of my order. Kind of frustrated

Really happy with how this store is run now. I placed my order online and headed right out, and it was ready when I arrived. The drive-through was friendly and efficient.
