Online appointment, self sign in with photo id, wait time 20 minutes with appointment for pre-employment drug test, nurse was polite and respectful, verified license and test was done quickly, i will recommend family and friends for this location

We struggle to get the results of the tests. Interactive voice response phone number is horrible and does not help at all. No document that is given which can be used to collect the result. Will not recommend to anyone.

Pathetic experience today. Early morning appointment and the Phlebotomist was the worst. Treated me very badly. I have acute pain even now.
