They were my primary for all of my animals, I was sad when I had to leave them because I moved! The prices are average, but I highly recommend signing up for the wellness plan!

This office is a great place to go for your pets. I have two older dogs who have benefited from the wonderful staff. They are respectful and kind.

The way that the receptionist was dismissive when I called was completely rude and quite unprofessional. I was in search of a nearby emergency vet, during business hours, because my dog was displaying some strange behavior and I honestly was just making assumptions as to what it could be. I called and tried to explain but also letting them know this was just me assuming, the receptionist straight up told me that I can’t bring the dog there and they had to go back to their vet. My dog doesn’t have an established vet yet but the funny part (sarcasm) of all of this is they’re an emergency vet and if someone has an emergency with their pet, you take them to an emergency vet to have them seen and find out what is wrong.. or am I wrong? All in all, I’m glad she dismissed us because I actually found another emergency vet and they took us right away after I explained the same thing that I explained to the moron that answered the phone. Great place and wonderful staff. Turns out my assumption was wrong, after all I’m not a vet, and they found out the true issue. You need to teach your staff to have some compassion and be a bit more knowledgeable when talking to the pet parents rather than dismissing them for a pet emergency.

Call the vet. They are great!
Several handicap spaces lead to front entrance. Difficult to maneuver in snow but workable in a wheelchair.
Yes but only certain days. They will also come to your home at a high price but I had to do that for my cat Eddie he gets super awful bad allergies He's impossible to catch. So a few months ago he got them They charge a fortune to go there and I'm disabled but didn't want Eddie to suffer. He gets these big scabs on his back and ears he keeps scratching and biting the areas that bothers him I know he feels bad. So I had to have them come here he never got them this bad in winter. He also bites the inside of the base of his tail itches his ears and back alot always cleaning himself there. So I didn't make a car payment I had to pay the vet for two friggin shots almost 500 no payment arrangement so wrong they wont do payments they know I'm poverty level I rescued Eddie he's my baby. They charge too much and won't work with you. Thank God can't let my baby suffer they DONT care it's all money so greedy not right. He was a baby dumped out in cold. Hed died if I didn't get him thank God🙏🙏
