I've used better living for all my appliance needs and have generally been very happy. Unfortunately the last experience wasn't great, the delivery and installation people they used to put in my gas range were terrible! I understand if a gas pipe doesn't line up you need a plumber but these guys didn't even level my range and claimed it was sticking out because of the gas pipe, it was NOT and now sits perfectly flush after calling a plumber to fix the piping which did not need any changing, it was simply not leveled.. Here's a few photos of how the range was installed taken right after the team left, very disappointing. Only taking off one star because in the past my experiences with Better Living have been much better.

The hometown place for appliances and any hardware needs. The staff is great to work with. Better Living has served members of my family for many years. I recently heard a friend say how Better Living helped him when the timing of his new kitchen was delayed. Check them out!!!

Actions have been enforced from the start of the pandemic to prioritize our associates, customers, and community safety. Masks or cloth facial coverings are required while on premises. Curbside pickup is available for customers who do not wish to enter the store. Social distancing guidelines are adhered to and enforced whenever possible. Special signage and blue distancing and restriction markers have been placed throughout the store. Management reserves the right to limit occupancy to ensure compliance. High touch areas are cleaned frequently.

Vicki. Thank you for your question! Pods can be used in all machines. It is best to put them directly in the drum With the clothes and bypass the detergent dispenser.
