The Lawrence municipal airport is fantastic. The runways and airfield are well cared for. The local FBO, Hetrick Air Services, has helpful and attentive staff who go above and beyond to service the needs of their customers. They have a fleet of safe courtesy vehicles ready for excursions in the lovely town of Lawrence, Kansas! For local flight training, look no further than Hetrick Air Services and their highly regarded instructors and well maintained aircraft!
