Big Thank You to Kevin and his guys. Pulled off the interstate with a flat tire and they did not hesitate to get the spare tire onto the car for me. Saved me in severe storms that arrived minutes later.
The Great Satan
A very pleasant experience is exactly what you want when spending thousands of dollars. I had seen a vehicle on the web page days in advance and made contact with Jim at the dealership. He kept me in the loop so I knew it from day to day if the vehicle was still available since it was going to be 3 days before I was able to get there. Luckily it was still there when I arrived. Jim was very cordial and it was an overall positive buying experience. The vehicle was as described and they gave it a quick cleaning and detailing before we left. We paid in cash so I can't speak to the fact of financing but they do do that on site as well. This purchase was for our daughter but I would definitely be interested in returning to buy something for the wife as well.

Poor customer service. Called 3 times and went straight to voicemail in service. Then got a call back and missed it. I immediately called right back. It went straight to voicemail again. Then did not receive a call back the rest of the day. Also did not receive a call back the next day whatsoever. So you’re telling me there is 1 person that works in the service department? If so there should be someone else available somewhere in the building to help and set up an appointment for service? Every other dealership you call has someone that answers that can set up an appointment for you. I get being busy or possibly short staffed, but why are people not helping from other areas then? Just needs to be resolved Update :and you guys still have not gotten back to me So ridiculous when my car was not running Update: That is a lie. I called multiple times so you should have my number. I left my number on the multiple voicemails I left with the service department. My number has not changed since I bought a car from you. You are trying to cover yourself to look better because you never called me back.

We went this Saturday wanting to trade my vehicle off initially and then ended up trading my vehicle and my fiancé’s vehicle off. Kevin was who worked with us and made the experience easy! He made everything possible and in the price range we wanted. We are absolutely in love our new vehicles. We will be using Staunton Chrysler from here on out for all of our vehicles and maintenance of vehicles. Great dealership and best experience I have ever had at a dealership!

Did you try to disconnect the battery cables and. then reattach them?
We have signs on entrance doors asking patrons to please maintain six-foot social distancing from other individuals. We also have hand sanitizer available.
