Atrocious service, lazy employees. Wildly rude waitress during breakfast. I was berated for touching a croissant with my bare hands and putting it directly on my plate. Lethargic uninterested managers. When I checked in a couple at the desk next to me reported to the desk there were stains on the wall and dirty bed sheets. The woman who fielded the complaint told them to sleep on the other bed and that housekeeping would be around in the morning. Rooms were small for the price. The hotel is basically located in a shopping mall/parking garage. I'd give this dump negative stars if google allowed it.

Stayed overnight for my birthday. The location is near everything. Clean hotel and room. Housekeeping staff were friendly. Front desk staff left much to be desired, no welcome for our tier status. The bar area at night looked like fun. Hotel smells amazing according to my pregnant wife. No microwave though. Room had a safe, mini fridge, iron and board.

Beautiful hotel with excellent staff and great service/amenities. Prime location to get around Cleveland. We were checked in by Tiera who was phenomenal on giving us a run down of the hotel and local attractions. Also had the pleasure of meeting Vanessa one of the managers who checked in on us while passing through the hotel to ensure our stay was magnificent. Destiny and Ronnika in the house keeping staff were phenomenal and definitely ensured we were taken care of and the room was spotless. Would definitely be back, great price and phenomenal experience Hope Tiera have a safe birth 🎉🎉

This hotel has a poor design. Their breakfast selection is horrible and is not accommodating to people with allergies. There is not a lot of options and they do not have hot coffee. It is $12 per person which is a ridiculous price for the options they have. The seating in the breakfast area is limited, with only four chairs per table and only a few tables with silverware so its hard to do with a family. The rooms themselves are not great either. The door to the bathroom is slightly see through which is not ideal in any situation. There are no drawers in the room or bathroom. They also do not come with a microwave. There is terrible lighting, with only really two lamps that are not conveniently placed to turn the lights on when you walk in. Overall, just a poor experience and not a great hotel to stay at with a family.
