This is a tough review because of the situation we found ourselves in on the way to Daytona Bike Week in March, 2018. Long story short.. believe me. We ended up with a bad electical short in our trailer's power cord and it became unsafe …Rodrick, I am sorry to hear your trip started badly. Hopefully you made it to Bike Week and it was much warmer weather in Daytona. Our employees do strive to provide exceptional customer service. I am not sure which store or salesman help you last year, or what the circumstances were the day you stopped by, but I am confident our guys would go the extra mile to help if possible.
