Ryobi is a captive brand for Home Depot. Here is a link to their repair center page, but there were no results anywhere when I attempted to search. Perhaps you could contact them or ask someone at Home Depot. We service Stihl gas, electric and battery equipment and we sell Ego, Toro, Dewalt and Milwaukee.
