I was lied to and mislead at sign up. The person was let go for that reason and now they're rude and not helpful. Corporate can't help and the club director who is new won't help. She is rude and lies. Ive asked twice now for a higher up to please contact me and no one has. I'm fed up. And don't fall for the 1 free hour with a trainer... that turns into pure bullying. I was told if I didn't sign up right then I'd never come back and I'd never reach my goals. They set an awful atmosphere for me and no- I don't wish to step foot in their facility again! And beware of the salesman... the contact cannot be broken . Read your fine print!! Also- i wasn't even given a copy of the contract until now that im challenging them. This place is a joke! I should've stayed with the YMCA!
